Since that time the CVB has found new and innovative ways to grow its sales and marketing efforts keeping Nashville in the Top 25 performing hotel markets nationwide.\n	Butch Spyridon has served as the CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau (NCVB) since 1991. Under his leadership Nashville’s hospitality industry has reached the $4.0 billion mark\, becoming Music City’s second largest industry.\n	Spyridon began his career in 1979 at the Mobile Chamber of Commerce as Assistant Manager of the Travel and Convention Department and was later promoted to Manager.
